SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms under which you (“Subscriber” or “You”) purchase and receive recurring deliveries of products from CO2Lift®  by Lumisque through our subscription program. By enrolling in a subscription plan on www.co2lift.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refunds & Returns Policy.

1. Subscription Program Overview

The subscription program is designed to provide you with regularly scheduled deliveries of selected CO2Lift®  products at the frequency you choose during enrollment. By signing up, you authorize Lumisque, Inc to automatically process and ship your chosen products to the address you provide, and to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your subscription terms.

2. Minimum Commitment Requirement

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles before cancellation is permitted. This ensures you receive the recommended usage period for optimal product results and supports consistent fulfillment.

Cancellations requested before the three-month minimum has been completed will not be honored, and your subscription will remain active until the commitment period has ended.

3. Subscription Management and Cancellation

Our subscription program is managed through SMARTRR. You can manage your subscription by logging into your account and accessing your SMARTRR dashboard, or by contacting us directly at support@co2lift.com.

To cancel after the three-month minimum commitment:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least five (5) business days before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Requests received after a renewal charge has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.
  • Upon successful cancellation, you will receive written confirmation via email.

4. Billing and Payments

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring billing to your designated payment method for each renewal period until the subscription is canceled in accordance with this Agreement. Subscription prices are locked at the rate in effect when you enroll; however, CO2Lift®  reserves the right to adjust prices for future renewals with advance notice.

All payments are processed securely, and your payment details are stored in compliance with applicable security and privacy standards.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Subscription orders are fulfilled and shipped on a recurring basis according to the schedule selected at enrollment. Standard processing and shipping times apply. Delivery dates may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, and product availability.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is current. Changes to your shipping information must be made at least five (5) business days before your next billing date to ensure the update is applied to your upcoming order.

6. Returns and Refunds for Subscriptions

Due to the personal-use nature of our products, subscription orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless a product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

7. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, you will receive a notification and a request to update your payment information. Subscription shipments will be paused until the payment is successfully processed. If payment is not resolved within seven (7) days, your subscription may be canceled at our discretion, subject to the minimum commitment period.

8. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify the terms of this Subscription Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued participation in the subscription program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
